          "text": "<p>This role will serve as a technical lead in partnership with our platform engineer and cross-functional engineering teams to advance Wellmark’s Marketing Technology ecosystem. The&#xa0;marketing&#xa0;platform&#xa0;leverages&#xa0;AWS-based services and best-in-class SaaS solutions to deliver enterprise capabilities including&#xa0;content&#xa0;management,&#xa0;digital&#xa0;asset&#xa0;management,&#xa0;customer&#xa0;journey&#xa0;personalization,&#xa0;customer&#xa0;journey&#xa0;analytics, and&#xa0;workflow&#xa0;management.&#xa0;</p><p>As a Lead Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership&#xa0;to ensure the&#xa0;marketing&#xa0;technology platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will drive design decisions, mentor engineers, and influence platform strategy while&#xa0;remaining&#xa0;hands-on in key implementations.&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities include leading infrastructure design and automation efforts, defining environment strategies, and ensuring platform reliability, performance, and scalability. You will oversee&#xa0;CI/CD pipeline strategy, release governance, and operational excellence, while promoting best practices in security, compliance, and monitoring.
