Our dedicated clinical support team ensures you can focus on what you do best — providing exceptional clinical care — without the burden of administrative tasks.</p>\n<p>We are actively seeking<strong> salaried BCBAs to bill 15 hours per week</strong> and join our growing home-based team. Key responsibilities as a BCBA include:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize your expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism</li>\n <li>Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills</li>\n <li>Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations</li>\n <li>Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns</li>\n <li>Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians</li>\n <li>Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>As an ideal BCBA candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA the following qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field</li>\n <li>Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months- students are welcome!</li>\n <li>Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders</li>\n <li>Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments</li>\n <li>Excellent clinical competence and judgment</li>\n <li>Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#BCBA</p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<p>Compensation Range: $54,000-64,000 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Proud Moments ABA provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, veteran status, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
