Through its commitment to agility in innovation, trust and reliability, and sustainable creation, Radienz Living is passionate about providing its customers with products that support a cleaner way of living and a more radiant world.</p><p>The company has undergone a remarkable transformation over the last two years, focusing on two product lines: Unit Dose products, where it is the undisputed leader in Private Label and Contract Manufacturing, and Personal Care Wipes, where it manufactures the wipes for the country&#39;s #1 beauty care brand.</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Background:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.&nbsp;</p><p>Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications</li><li>Build and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner</li><li>Secure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap</li><li>Report any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly</li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area</li><li>Support other departments as needed based on production demands</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.</li><li>Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.</li><li>Ability to handle continuous movement.</li><li>Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require working overtime during high demand.</li><li>Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company policies and procedures, safety rules and SOPs.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.</li><li>Attention to details.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. and move heavy objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Constant manual dexterity use.</li><li>Ability to use a hand pallet jack.</li><li>Required to stand for long period of time.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to walk, bend, lift, pull, twist, kneel, and reach with hand and arms for extended periods of time.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 5pm - 1:30am</p><p>Pay Rate: $16.80</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
