Responsible for the safe, timely and professional transport of donated goods, retail merchandise and company materials between locations. Includes loading and unloading items, maintaining required documentation/checklists, vehicle safety maintenance and providing excellent customer service while representing Goodwill positively in the community.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p><p>This position does NOT require CDL license</p><p>Experience driving vehicles 14 &ndash; 26 ft or similar required</p><p>Pick-up &amp; delivery experience required</p><p>Valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record required</p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Safety focused and dependable</li><li>Strong time management and route organization</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Attention to detail (items count and documentation)</li><li>Must be able to follow verbal instructions</li><li>Must be able to read and write the English language&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret maps and utilize GPS as needed</li><li>Must be able to organize and follow a route, daily</li><li>Regular lifting of heavy or awkward items</li><li>Stooping and bending required</li><li>Standing for extended periods of time</li></ul><p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES:</u></strong></p><p>(E) &ndash; Essential function of job duties</p><ul><li>Adhere to and promote Goodwill&rsquo;s performance standards and Core Values.
