We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high-accountability leader</span> who will take full ownership of safety and fleet operations across a growing, fast-paced home service business.</p>\n<p>This is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not</span> a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll be in the field, responding to incidents, coaching teams, and holding the line on safety standards every single day.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you’re looking for a low-pressure or purely administrative role, this is not it.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety Leadership &amp; Compliance</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and continuously improve all company-wide safety programs</li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable regulations</li>\n<li>Conduct regular <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">job site visits, ride-alongs, and safety audits</span></li>\n<li>Drive a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">culture of accountability, </span>not just awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Incident Response (Critical Function)</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">primary point of contact for all injuries and vehicle accidents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-call 24/7</span> for incident response (outside of approved PTO)</li>\n<li>Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions</li>\n<li>Partner directly with workers’ comp carriers, adjusters, and insurance providers</li>\n<li>Own all documentation, reporting, and follow-through</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training &amp; Risk Reduction</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ongoing safety training programs</span></li>\n<li>Identify unsafe behaviors and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">coach or correct immediately</span></li>\n<li>Maintain accurate reporting and safety records</li>\n<li>Work with leadership to enforce standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fleet Management </span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee performance, maintenance, and compliance of company fleet</li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicles are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">safe, operational, and inspection-ready</span></li>\n<li>Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs</li>\n<li>Track utilization, costs, and replacement planning</li>\n<li>Support vehicle purchasing and upfitting decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology &amp;
