About the Position The Sales Development Representative for the UK Market will be responsible for supporting the growth of Nestify’s existing property portfolio by generating, engaging and qualifying new landlord leads through proactive outbound sales activity. The role requires a strong focus on lead generation, high volume outbound calling, and the ability to identify potential opportunities for the sales team. This position plays a key role in the early stages of the sales pipeline by creating qualified opportunities and booking appointments that contribute directly to the ongoing acquisition of new properties in the UK market. This is a remote position based in the Philippines and operates in line with UK market working hours. Fluent English is required due to daily communication with English speaking clients. Key Responsibilities Grow the existing property portfolio for the UK market by generating and qualifying new landlord leads through outbound sales activity Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective English speaking landlords Identify, engage and qualify potential leads for the sales team Book qualified sales appointments for the Sales Executive team Present Nestify’s value proposition confidently and professionally to prospective clients Conduct consistent lead follow up to maximise appointment setting opportunities Maintain accurate and updated lead, call and activity records on CRM Respond to enquiries timeously and professionally Stay up to date with property market trends and competitor activity in the UK Support the sales team in achieving acquisition targets through consistent pipeline generation Qualifications and Experience One to three years experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or sales development Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proven ability to generate qualified leads and book appointments Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure Computer literacy, including Google Workspace or MS Office Working Days and Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UK Time) Location: Remote, Philippines Schedule: Full-Time What Nestify Offers Competitive base salary with commission Work in a global team of highly motivated and talented individuals Generous leave entitlement A company culture that values loyalty, hard work, dedication, high performance and work life balance Opportunities to grow your career and develop new skills
