Due to changing customer environments HBS Team Members should be able and willing to work days, nights, and weekends dependent on the project and customer needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Set up and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events to be held on customer sites.</li><li>&nbsp;Maintain a clean and safe work environment at HBS and Customer locations. This includes daily cleanup before leaving the work site.</li><li>&nbsp;Test and resolve equipment issues while communicating to the customer of concerns and proposed updates.</li><li>&nbsp;Program and commission audio processors</li><li>&nbsp;Program control systems</li><li>&nbsp;Network and switch configuration</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborate with other AV teammates and HBS team members on projects to ensure a successful installation will occur.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure equipment is safely shipped to the customer site while maintaining the company vehicle in a clean and safe manner.</li><li>Work in a team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while at all times maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor</li><li>Maintain inventory of equipment while the company vehicle and for projects while on the job site.
