          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated,&#xa0;<strong>Shredder Cleaner to join our team for the afternoon shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm</strong>. As a Shredder Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our shredding equipment. Your role will involve removing debris and ensuring optimal performance.&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>What you're responsible for:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Clean and maintain shredding equipment, including conveyor systems, screens, magnets, and other components, to ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination</li><li>Remove unwanted materials, such as non-metallic objects, dirt, and other contaminants, from the shredder and its surrounding areas to prevent damage and maintain efficiency</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and other safety practices</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shredder area, ensuring the removal of debris, proper waste disposal, and general housekeeping tasks</li></ul>",
