In 2025, the firm hit the major milestone of surpassing 1,000 trials.</p><p><strong>What you will do -</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and talented <strong>Associate or Senior Counsel</strong> to join our <strong>Automotive Warranty and&nbsp;</strong><strong>Product Liability Practice Group</strong> in our <strong>Troy, Michigan office</strong>. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with experience in <strong>product liability defense</strong> or <strong>comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation</strong> to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development&mdash;including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions. You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for <strong>a self-starter</strong> with 2<strong>+ years of litigation experience</strong>, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters.
