This role is designed for a developer who pairs \"end-to-end\" hands-on experience with a passion for <strong>AI-augmented engineering</strong>. Solid experience with multi-layered web application development is required.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate doesn't just write code; they leverage AI development tools to accelerate the SDLC—from architectural prototyping to automated testing—while collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the real estate industry.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Architect & Develop:</strong> Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Clean Architecture and modern engineering practices (TDD, SOLID).</li>\n <li><strong>AI-Augmented Engineering:</strong> Proactively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate coding, refactor legacy logic, and automate documentation.</li>\n <li><strong>Cloud-Native Design:</strong> Participate in architectural design sessions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for the Azure ecosystem.</li>\n <li><strong>Agile Collaboration:</strong> Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into high-performance features, participating in code reviews and sprint planning.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and the integration of Generative AI within business workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.</li>\n <li>Backend Expertise: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, Python, and modern frameworks.</li>\n <li>Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with modern frameworks (specifically React or Blazor), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.</li>\n <li>Strong experience with SQL Server and Azure cloud services.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.</li>\n <li>Advanced comfort using AI coding assistants to drive efficiency - experience in \"prompt engineering\" for code generation and debugging is highly valued.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users.</li>\n <li>Real estate industry experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards</h2>\n<p>The RMR Group offers an extensive total rewards package to ensure that your benefits align with your needs.
