    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Plant Services Carpenter performs general carpentry assignments such as, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>repair/replacement of doors and walls</li>\n <li>installation of ceilings and replacement of tiles</li>\n <li>fire caulking penetrations</li>\n <li>railing repairs</li>\n <li>flooring projects</li>\n <li>install/replacement of stair treads</li>\n <li>window repairs</li>\n <li>locksmith services</li>\n <li>installation of LKM & CDX locking devices</li>\n <li> installation of shelving</li>\n <li>repair/replacement of bathroom partitions</li>\n <li>hanging of Christmas wreaths, pictures, banners, white boards, bulleting/cork boards</li>\n <li>AED medical heart devices</li>\n <li>signs</li>\n <li>cutting of tree limbs with a chain saw</li>\n <li>demolition and renovation projects</li>\n <li>working with sketches and drawings and carpentry related preps for Christening ceremonies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED or 2 years of related technical experience</li>\n <li>5+ years of carpentry experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of commercial construction experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Being a self-starter and capable of working alone with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Trustworthy and complying with EB core values</li>\n <li>Strong Safety performance. </li>\n <li>Strong absenteeism performance. </li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong cooperation skills and being a team player</li>\n <li>Working in hot and cold environment conditions.</li>\n <li>Experience in operating power shop tools to include; table saws, drill press, jointer, planner, radial alarm saw, etc.</li>\n <li>Capable of reading and interpreting blue print drawings.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Carpentry and related building codes.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime in support of special projects.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of flooring project installations’. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Locksmith service knowledge.</li>\n <li>JLG qualifications</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Qualifications</h2>Climbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, Twisting\n<h2>Environmental Attributes</h2>Acids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet",
