Join our Parts Authority Team today as an Assistant Store Manager.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting operations in thestore, including customer relations, sales, and staff management. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves tothis job.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue opportunity for thestore and execute the plan to take advantage of opportunities.</li>\n <li>Handle COD accounts</li>\n <li>Log lost sales</li>\n <li>Review and report on sales numbers</li>\n <li>Manage invoices</li>\n <li>Review credits</li>\n <li>Work with salespeople to visit customers</li>\n <li>Ensure that customers are receiving deliveries in a timely fashion</li>\n <li>Follow up with customers who are not calling</li>\n <li>Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manners</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have 3-5 years of experience as professional  counter person or assistantmanager in the automotive industry</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automotive parts preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge/ experience with AS400 and/ or terminal services a plus</li>\n <li>Experience working on a PC</li>\n <li>Outstanding customer relations skills</li>\n <li>Strong skills and experience in personnel management</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrated drive to achieve results</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Clean/ valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n <li>Ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/ walk for up to 10 hours, able to squat, bend and reach, able to climb and descend stairs safely (applies to locations with stairs)</li>\n <li>Ability to work powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker etc) where applicable inspecific locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Some of the benefits of being a part of our growing Parts Authority family:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts- Healthcare and Dependent Care</li>\n <li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off- including vacation and sick time</li>\n <li>Excellent Advancement Opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
