Other duties may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>· Lead and guide palletizers and pallet jack operators in stacking, labeling, and organizing finished pallets according to product specifications.</p><p>· Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to keep up with production pace.</p><p>· Ensure that pallet configurations, labeling, and quality meet internal and customer standards.</p><p>· Collaborate with Inventory and Shipping teams to ensure accurate pallet tracking and staging.</p><p>· Communicate effectively with line supervisors and forklift drivers to resolve issues and maintain a steady product flow.</p><p>· Train new palletizing staff on safety protocols, packing requirements, and equipment use.</p><p>· Conduct regular checks to ensure that pallets are properly wrapped, labeled, and positioned.</p><p>· Assist in identifying and reporting damaged packaging, labeling errors, or pallet issues.</p><p>· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with GMPs and safety standards.</p>",
