With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Waterproofing Estimator to play a key role in delivering competitive and accurate bids from our Head Office in Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity if you are detail-oriented, passionate about construction, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess waterproofing scope and requirements</li>\n<li>Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates for waterproofing systems (e.g., below-grade, foundation, roofing interfaces, plaza decks, etc.)</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for waterproofing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness</li>\n<li>Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely and compliant submissions</li>\n<li>Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costs</li>\n<li>Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope</li>\n<li>Use industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentation</li>\n<li>Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in waterproofing, roofing, or building envelope projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and installation methods</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and quantity take-offs</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, and GoNest (or similar estimating/optimization software)</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Snapshot</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON</li>\n<li>Type: Full-Time, Onsite</li>\n<li>Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.</li>\n<li>Salary: $60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Reports To: Waterproofing Estimating Manager</li>\n<li>Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday  </li>\n<li>Vacancy Reason: New Position / Existing Vacancy</li>\n<li>Number of Positions: 1</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Bothwell-Accurate?</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real opportunities to grow and advance</li>\n<li>A team that supports you like family</li>\n<li>Competitive benefits that grow with you</li>\n<li>Bi-weekly pay you can count on</li>\n<li>Work on high-profile, high-impact projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bothwell-Accurate Co.
