    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to Calderys Safety Protocols and Implementation of the same at project sites. &nbsp;</li><li>Conducting safety toolbox, site audits, reporting near misses etc. &nbsp;</li><li>Execution of the refractory installation job by strict adhering to refractory execution drawings &nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining the refractory installation quality by following SOP as described in the installation manual including maintaining of all laid down quality documents at site. &nbsp;</li><li>Timely Execution as per the committed schedule including getting a project completion certificate from the customer. &nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of MIS viz Daily progress reports, tracking sheet, material reconciliation in the prescribed format including close coordination with superiors (project coordinators). &nbsp;</li><li>Inspection of refractory lining along with TPI or competence agencies and make a detailed inspection report. &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for material management at store and site including correctness of quantity of material received at project sites. &nbsp;</li><li>Compliance of all statutory requirements at site. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely submission of contractor bills and customer certifications for monthly billing. &nbsp;</li><li>Keep the site's Machines in tidy conditions including their timely repair and maintenance. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5–10 years of experience in:</li><li>Installation &amp; Erection in Refractory, Mechanical or any other structural erection.</li><li>Field application and site-based work (must-have)</li><li>Refractory experience in Cement, Power Plant or in Petchem Segment(good to have)</li><li>Candidates with API certification will be an added advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical or Ceramics (more site-flexible)</li><li>Also open to: B.E. in Mechanical / Ceramics</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
