The ideal candidate will be intensely focused on continuous process improvement while simultaneously empowering, engaging, motivating, and ensuring the happiness of our employees. We believe that happy employees lead to satisfied customers, which in turn contributes to the overall success of Comoto.</p><p>If you thrive on coaching employees, exceeding targets, and contributing to industry leadership within a fast-paced, technology-driven fulfillment environment, this opportunity is for you.</p><p>This role will be responsible for either the Inbound &amp; Returns side of the operation and will collaborate with a counterpart on the Outbound Team.</p><p>If you enjoy coaching employees, crushing goals and the pursuit of industry domination in a fast paced, technology focused, fulfillment operation then this is the job for you.</p><p><strong>Management Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, train and lead a team of fulfillment personnel</li><li>Manage all aspects of Comoto's LAS Inbound &amp; Returns&#xa0;fulfillment operation, ensuring inbound product is received and put away in a timely manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee the Inbound receiving and putaway process along with proactive storage planning and maintenance.&#xa0;</li><li>Intimately understand the business rules, software and vendor relationships related to Comoto's fulfillment operation and proprietary fulfillment platform&#xa0;</li><li>Day-to-day oversight of the fulfillment team; including hands-on training, coaching, planning, and performance reviews</li><li>Work with the Planning Manager to develop a staffing plan and adjust accordingly to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaks</li><li>Manage seasonal fluctuations in inventory levels (types of inventory being stocked, and quantities) to ensure that warehouse storage is optimized</li><li>Complete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on time performance and productivity</li><li>Coordinate with peers to ensure a successful supply chain process</li><li>Communicates necessary business information to department through weekly team meetings and 1:1’s</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years management experience in a Fulfillment operation or similar distribution experience. Inbound or Returns experience is strongly preferred.&#xa0;</li><li>Direct and Indirect management of around 50&#xa0;employees, including managing multiple supervisors across different shifts.</li><li>Ability to work outside of normal business hours including nights and weekends.&#xa0;</li><li>On call as escalation point for your team outside of normal business hours</li><li>Average 50-55 hours per week in and out of season as business requires.&#xa0;</li><li>Exceptional people &amp; communication skills. Must possess the ability to motivate, coach and train in an ever-changing &amp; competitive environment</li><li>Ability to analyze and continuously improve current conditions to ensure efficiency, safety and profitability</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment</li><li>Extremely strong computer skills.
