This position will be cross-trained between the Maintenance and Dietary Departments to ensure seamless support across Community operations and resident care experiences.</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, our Maintenance Assistant oversees the Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Sustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Completes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Mechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controls. Such scope of work is to be cleared by the Executive Director</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Maintain water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, kitchen equipment and associated equipment</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Maintain community plumbing systems</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Performs exterior maintenance duties</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Performs fire and disaster drill activities with residents and team members</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction</span></li>\n</ul>\n",
