This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping parts while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, forklift certified, and able to work effectively across multiple departments.</p>\n<h2><p>Wages</p></h2>\n<p>Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $20-$22 hourly. </p>\n<h2><p>Responsibilities</p></h2>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Specialist</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Monarch Power Supply6100 S 6th Way, Ridgefield, WA 98642</p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $20.00 - $22.50 per hour<strong>Employment Type:</strong> Temp-to-Hire Opportunity<strong>Hours: </strong>7am - 4 pm</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Process and prepare outgoing engine and parts shipments, including select international shipments.</li>\n <li>Pull and deliver parts for service, internal departments, walk-in customers, and outgoing orders.</li>\n <li>Receive, inspect, process, and stock incoming shipments according to established procedures.</li>\n <li>Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.</li>\n <li>Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs with the Warehouse Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Break down cardboard and transport recyclable materials to designated areas.</li>\n <li>Follow all warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous warehouse experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Data entry experience required.</li>\n <li>Valid forklift certification required.</li>\n <li>Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.</li>\n <li>Ability to work across multiple divisions and departments.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are looking for a hands-on opportunity with potential for long-term employment, we encourage you to apply today.</p>\n<h2><p>Qualifications</p></h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of parts warehouse experience; engine or related industry experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.</li>\n <li>Ability to process shipping and parts transactions within a business system.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, interpret, and process shipping documents.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up lifts.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and work with vendor part numbering systems.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently.</li>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp.</li>\n <li>Ability to work at elevated heights using lift equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively see, hear, and communicate with team members, customers, and business partners.</li>\n <li>Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>",
