We are looking for a reliable, dependable, self-motivated individual, with extremely strong customer service skills. &nbsp;The selected individual will participate in our on-call rotation, with the possibility to work overtime (after typical work hours or on weekends) to respond to emergencies, see the job through to completion or stabilization. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Major areas of responsibility:</p><p>You will inspect and document water damage and set up appropriate amount of equipment to properly dry the area. You will remove affected materials when deemed unsalvageable. &nbsp;You will have the ability to explain to the client the situation and what you have done to stop the immediate threat and advise them of the next steps.&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>WRT Certified is sought after but not required<strong>.</strong></li><li>Ability to Lift 60 pounds&nbsp;</li><li>Basic construction experience</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Basic mathematic skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Communicate with clients, residents, and colleagues</li><li>Complete daily reports</li><li>Flexibility to work after hours and weekends on a rotating on-call basis</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong tool use capability. Basic demolition skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Assess property damage</li><li>Perform basic demolition</li><li>Set up drying equipment. Move/rearrange building contents. Take moisture readings and monitor drying process</li><li>Ability to work effectively alone and/or in team environment. Self-starter. Minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Possess common sense.
