They are responsible for operating heavy equipment known as blade or motor grader to ensure that surfaces are properly graded, leveled, and prepared for construction or repair.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
