Architect, civil engineering or structural engineering degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Related Experience</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">  A minimum of two years’ experience working in a disaster response context, preferably with All Hands and Hearts. At least one year of experience in a construction or technical role with project management responsibilities, including budget tracking and reporting. Management experience in a professional setting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Special Competencies/Certifications </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Goog</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">le Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets. </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be confident working wi</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">th design software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, specifically including MS Project.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Applicants </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.
