Monitoring and promoting the use of human performance tools and practices to protect people and system reliability</li>\n  <li>Ensuring adherence to all safety, quality, and FirstEnergy specifications</li>\n  <li>Participating in project status updates meetings with Project Managers and contracted resources</li>\n  <li>Understanding the construction scope of assigned projects, including any potential problems and constraints that would delay in-servicing or cause significant interruptions</li>\n  <li>Participating in pre-construction planning meetings. Providing experience to the project team for development in work packages</li>\n  <li>Assisting with constructability reviews and post project lessons learned discussions</li>\n  <li>Estimating testing schedules from work planning meetings. Confirming resource needs on impending projects to ensure adequate staffing levels</li>\n  <li>Supporting the development of contract service burn rates and track against project estimate and forecast</li>\n  <li>Ensuring all service providers have the necessary specifications, settings, drawings and tools to complete the work safely&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Clearly articulating quality requirements for all vendors working on construction activities</li>\n  <li>Coordinating on-site testing activities with Construction Site Coordinator, Commissioning Engineer, and local FE personnel</li>\n  <li>Monitor, review, and address concerns with switching schedules and special contingencies</li>\n  <li>Planning for SCADA &amp; Apparatus testing; reviewing, recording and sharing documentation</li>\n  <li>Proactively reviewing testing records and ensuring documentation is being completed in accordance with compliance&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Confirming test reports are complete, accurate and uploaded into appropriate systems of record</li>\n  <li>Ensuring closure of Cascade Orders</li>\n  <li>Supporting the FirstEnergy CIP program and requirements related to substation assets and site access</li>\n  <li>Pursuing the redline process so that as-built drawings are accurate and returned within required timeframe</li>\n  <li>Inspecting&nbsp;work&nbsp;performed&nbsp;by&nbsp;contractors&nbsp;against&nbsp;design&nbsp;and&nbsp;construction&nbsp;standards</li>\n  <li>Supporting&nbsp;unplanned outage investigations.&nbsp;Developing and&nbsp;sharing Operating&nbsp;Experience reports to&nbsp;support a continuous learning environment</li>\n  <li>Consistently looking&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve site&nbsp;conditions.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Helping&nbsp;prepare&nbsp;functional testing&nbsp;for&nbsp;commissioning</li>\n  <li>Understanding the&nbsp;typical&nbsp;risks&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;construction projects.&nbsp;Implementing a&nbsp;risk&nbsp;management plan&nbsp;for any testing hazards</li>\n  <li>Documenting project&nbsp;site&nbsp;meetings&nbsp;that&nbsp;address issues such&nbsp;as&nbsp;safety,&nbsp;performance, quality&nbsp;control,&nbsp;or adherence to construction schedules</li>\n  <li>Maintaining&nbsp;awareness of&nbsp;procedures and&nbsp;policies&nbsp;designed&nbsp;to&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;ethics&nbsp;standards.&nbsp;Consistently applying ethical decisions in working with stakeholders (external and internal)</li>\n  <li>Verifying&nbsp;critical&nbsp;field&nbsp;testing, including&nbsp;but&nbsp;not&nbsp;limited&nbsp;to&nbsp;relay&nbsp;testing, current&nbsp;transformer testing, power-factor testing, cylinder testing, insulation resistance, contact resistance, winding ratio and&nbsp;grounding testing</li>\n  <li>Identifying&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;incomplete&nbsp;items&nbsp;and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;Issues&nbsp;Database&nbsp;entries</li>\n  <li>Performing constructability&nbsp;reviews.&nbsp;Reviewing the&nbsp;conceptual scope with&nbsp;the&nbsp;entire&nbsp;project team and&nbsp;the&nbsp;project manager.&nbsp;Conducting preliminary site reviews and gathering local expertise feedback on various aspects of the project</li>\n  <li>\n   <p>Occasionally support FEU with storm related responsibilities, including but not limited to hazard restoration&nbsp;</p>\n   <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p style=\"margin-left:6.85pt\">An&nbsp;employee hired&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;Testing Site&nbsp;Coordinator III level&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;expected to&nbsp;perform all&nbsp;the&nbsp;above&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;with more proficiency, and in a more independent manner.
