With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly wages start at $18.65 per hour</li>\n <li>$3.00 per hour weekly perfect attendance bonus</li>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits include health, dental and vision, with low, out of pocket, insurance premiums</li>\n <li>Paid life and short term disability insurances</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please contact National Beef Ohio at 419-257-5522 for assistance.</p>\n<h2>Responsabilidades</h2>\n<p><strong>Forklift Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Move raw materials and load combos to provide the initial grind with the necessary material</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely operate a stand-up forklift to lift, transport, and stack pallets of goods throughout the warehouse</p></li>\n <li><p>Scan and verify product codes to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting</p></li>\n <li><p>Properly stack and secure pallets to maintain product integrity and prevent damage</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment, and reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory levels</p></li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.</strong></p>\n<h2>Cualificaciones</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Forklift Operator position should possess the following skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous forklift operations experience</li>\n <li>Safe forklift operation history</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit</li>\n <li>Ability to work standing for an entire shift</li>\n <li>Ability to repetitively push, twist and turn for an entire shift</li>\n <li>Excellent attendance a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview (SP)</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
