The main objectives are to provide efficient and diligent service by following the procedures and instructions assigned to the tasks. <span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span>Your passion is:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Be compliant with functions </span><span>established</span><span> by the Food and Beverage Directorate</span></span><span>.</span></li>\n<li><span><span>Reach the sales goals </span><span>established</span><span> by the Food and Beverage Directorate, as well as </span><span>participate</span><span> in different activities to reach them.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exact knowledge of the food and drink menu, as well as deep knowledge of the fruits, products, </span><span>meals</span><span> and drinks that the Aqua Mekong offers to create wow moments and unique experiences to the guests. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of wines and pairings for recommendation to our guests. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve guests on board during breakfast, lunch and dinner service or other service outside the ship when </span><span>indicated</span><span> (whether in a community, excursions, etc.).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Stay in the dining room according to the needs of the guests. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of service etiquette and protocol, in addition to the order of operation with their assigned areas and tables. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Be in charge of</span><span> cleaning and arranging the dining room: setting and assembling (follow duties). </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Responsible for the layout, </span><span>cleaning</span><span> and assembly of all meal periods. </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Carry out periodic inventories arranged according to the Food and Beverage Directorate.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Periodic breakage control arranged according to the Food and Beverage Directorate. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span>Control your stock of products, as well as their supply for ideal guest service.
