    "description": "<h2>Min</h2>USD $39.15/Hr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $62.64/Hr.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Nursing Supervisor</strong> assesses, plans, directs, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care for shifts in the absence of the Nurse Manager.  Acts as the administrative representative of the hospital during the off shifts and weekends. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p>·       Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.</p>\n<p>Licensure/Certification/Registry:</p>\n<p>·       Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois</p>\n<p>·       Certified in CPR or completes certification during Nursing Team Onboarding</p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<p>·       Three to five years of recent clinical experience. </p>\n<p>Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p>\n<p>·       Demonstrates leadership abilities. </p>\n<p>·       Demonstrates good communication skills</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Supervises and manages all the nursing personnel during the shift.</li>\n<li>Complies with standards of care as defined by the Hospital, Nursing Department, and of the accrediting and regulative bodies.</li>\n<li>Manages emergency situations in the hospital.</li>\n<li>Provides care to all age groups as defined by nursing standards on each unit. Uses age appropriate communication techniques. </li>\n<li>Works continuously to provide patients with a great experience during hospital visit.</li>\n<li>Performs other related work as required or requested.</li>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
