    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Consider joining the Pennex family as a member of the production team in our Leetonia, OH location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking reliable and motivated <strong>Production Workers</strong> to join our aluminum extrusion and fabrication team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality aluminum products used across a variety of industries including automotive, construction, and consumer goods.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>No prior extrusion experience is required — we provide on-the-job training!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position offers stable, full-time employment with<strong> opportunities to grow</strong> into skilled positions such as machine operator, team lead, press operator, maintenance technician, or quality technician.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shifts Available: </p>\n<p><strong>6:00am to 6:00pm with rotating days and weekends </strong>OR <strong>8:00pm to 6:00am Monday through Thursday.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $18.50 to $20.50 an hour, based on experience.
