At Ideal Tridon, whether it&rsquo;s the performance of our products or the responsiveness of our service, connections are at the heart of what we do.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>&nbsp; Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions of Job:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.</li><li>Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.</li><li>Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.</li><li>Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO&nbsp;</li><li>Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail is required</li><li>Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis</li><li>Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>WORKING HOURS:</strong></strong></p><p><strong>Standard Hours: 7:00am &ndash; 3:30pm M-F</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to&nbsp;bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and/or sit and reach with hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
