This role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring a professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong>\n<strong>Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility</li>\n <li>Clean and dust walls, tables, doors, light fixtures, vending machines, and windows</li>\n <li>Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, showers, and tile floors</li>\n <li>Refill soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers</li>\n <li>Empty trash and maintain clean waste receptacles</li>\n <li>Pick up litter inside and outside the facility</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>General Maintenance & Support</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform minor preventative maintenance and basic repairs</li>\n <li>Report major maintenance issues or repair needs to management</li>\n <li>Assist service personnel and vendors as needed</li>\n <li>Support snow removal efforts when required</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Operational Support & Coordination</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up rooms and common areas for meetings and activities</li>\n <li>Maintain facility security and ensure safe conditions</li>\n <li>Complete cleaning logs, checklists, and required documentation</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or concerns</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Customer & Team Interaction</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain professional and courteous interactions with employees, visitors, and vendors</li>\n <li>Assist team members as needed to support overall operations</li>\n</ul> \n<strong>Additional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support Facilities and corporate objectives</li>\n</ul>  \n<strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (45%–66%+ of the work shift)</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs</li>\n <li>Ability to push and maneuver heavy cleaning equipment and carts</li>\n <li>Ability to operate cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers)</li>\n <li>Requires continuous movement and physical activity throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Must possess sufficient physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures</li>\n <li>Understanding of safety practices and OSHA guidelines</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li>\n <li>Ability to use standard cleaning equipment (vacuums, mops, brooms, etc.)</li>\n <li>Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed</li>\n <li>Previous janitorial or custodial experience</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Dependable and self-motivated</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate basic information effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<strong><u>Reports To</u></strong>Facilities Manager  \n<strong><u>Compensation</u></strong>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position.
