You’ll help honor donor wishes, support grieving loved ones, and collaborate with hospital teams to save lives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support grieving families with compassion throughout the organ donation process</li>\n <li>Lead donation conversations and obtain legal authorization from next of kin</li>\n <li>Partner with hospital teams to create a unified plan for family care</li>\n <li>Honor cultural & religious beliefs during moments of grief</li>\n <li>Educate healthcare partners and support community outreach</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience (3–5+ years depending on education)</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills in emotionally challenging situations</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently <em>and</em> as part of a team</li>\n <li>Conflict‑resolution skills and strict confidentiality</li>\n <li>Valid Wisconsin driver’s license + reliable transportation</li>\n <li>The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; travel required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports family needs throughout the entire donor process from referral, family discussion, donor management, operating room, and family follow-up.
