The Project Manager&rsquo;s primary responsibilities encompass the management of assigned technical projects in construction materials engineering and testing (CoMET) and the support of activities required to grow and effectively conduct Raba Kistner, Inc. (RKI) CoMET business. Development and enhancement of new and existing relationships with clients and influencers. &nbsp;The Project Manager shall be assigned project management responsibilities ranging from scope development, budget and proposal preparation, production work, project/client meetings, project site visits, invoicing and accounts receivable collection. The Project Manager shall support the firm&rsquo;s objectives of meeting our clients&rsquo; expectations in a timely manner while achieving the Corporation&rsquo;s financial objectives. Other responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Serve as Project Manager on CoMET projects including management of projects from the beginning to the end.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide mentorship and professional development to other, technical, clerical and support staff members.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate materials testing activities with subcontractors and Raba Kistner&rsquo;s field staff.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare laboratory-testing assignments on projects in accordance with the testing program.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Review field data, laboratory test results for completion of client reports. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Submit draft materials testing and engineering reports for review and final reports for co-signature of assigned staff members.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Depending on experience, the employee may be required to complete a training program to familiarize themselves with field and laboratory operations.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform field observation services in support of the CoMET activities, as well as for construction engineering investigations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Adhere to and support the Raba Kistner Safety program implementation and maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Review prebilling invoices on projects for which the project manager is assigned.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare proposals as assigned.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Directly supervises 2 or more employees.
