    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Master/Production Scheduler (Manufacturing) – Onsite | 4-Day Work Week</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Seeking a highly driven Master Scheduler to take full ownership of production scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating all production activity, optimizing workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery across a high-mix operation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, constantly changing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges with minimal oversight.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage the master production schedule across all departments</li>\n<li>Develop daily and weekly schedules, including detailed “plan of the day” execution</li>\n<li>Prioritize jobs based on due dates, material availability, and shop capacity</li>\n<li>Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays and bottlenecks</li>\n<li>Partner with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and feasibility</li>\n<li>Track backlog, overdue orders, and capacity to maintain on-time delivery</li>\n<li>Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting production flow</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate data within the ERP system and serve as the go-to resource for scheduling visibility</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and production flow</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making</li>\n<li>Experience working within an ERP system (any platform)</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal structure</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onsite role (Little Falls, MN area)</li>\n<li>4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li>\n<li>Overtime available (Fridays/Saturdays optional)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please Note:</span> This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
