The Unarmed Cleared Security Professional is entrusted with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect classified information and personnel. This Security Professional will receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with their clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information</li>\n <li>Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information</li>\n <li>Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations, and directives for the viability of the site</li>\n <li>Greeting guests and employees, assisting where appropriate; escorting visitors and contractors, secure ingress and egress points, secure classified information</li>\n <li>Follow-site specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via oral and written communication; interacting with client and/or other security personnel regarding order execution when appropriate</li>\n <li>Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms; act as a first responder in emergency situations and provide first aid as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer owned vehicle</li>\n <li>Possess, or be able to successfully complete within 90 days of assignment, certification in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>First Aid</li>\n   <li>Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)</li>\n   <li>Automated External Defibrillator (AED)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must be a United States Citizen in order to obtain the required government clearance of America and possess one of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>S. Passport </li>\n   <li>Certified copy of U.S. birth certificate</li>\n   <li>Certified copy of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) (Form FS-240)</li>\n   <li>Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561)</li>\n   <li>Certificate of U.S. Naturalization (Form N-550 or N-570)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must possess one or more of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Minimum of two (2) years of previous security experience</li>\n   <li>Minimum of two (2) years of service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone</li>\n   <li>Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian)</li>\n   <li>Verifiable work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighting field</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)</li>\n <li>Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to articulate and write clear and concise incident or situation reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal day</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
