We are family-owned and operated and are committed to preserving our family business and its culture.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position serves as a critical member of the Maintenance team, applying a broad range of mechanical expertise to support the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all winery production equipment and facility infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring operational reliability, executing both routine and corrective maintenance activities, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks, unplanned critical repairs and Continual Improvement Program upgrades, on all types of winery production and facility equipment and infrastructure with limited supervision.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Equipment includes, but not limited to;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Comprehensive maintenance and support for all winery production equipment, including fluid‑handling systems, grape‑processing machinery, barrel‑handling equipment, and rolling stock such as vehicles, golf carts, and forklifts.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Infrastructure systems include, but not limited to;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Plant refrigeration, wine tank cooling, building conditioning, HVAC.</li><li>Water supply/distribution, wastewater &amp; storm water collection, treatment &amp; disposal.</li><li>Compressed air &amp; gasses - production, storage</li><li>Buildings - fabric &amp; fixtures.</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Activities performed include, but not limited to;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Routine monitoring, lubrication, performance assessment of equipment &amp; systems.</li><li>Disassembly, parts replacement, reassembly of mechanical equipment.</li><li>Welding and fabrication.</li><li>Liquid &amp; gas plumbing.</li><li>Electrical troubleshooting &amp; repair, if capable.</li><li>Documentation of work performed, parts &amp; materials used.</li><li>Driving to &amp; perform work at, multiple (4) local sites as needed.</li></ul></li><li>Maintains workplace cleanliness, including organizing tools, parts and equipment.</li><li>Other duties as required and assigned by Departmental Supervision and Management.</li><li>All Maintenance team members are expected to perform in an interactive manner within the Workgroup;&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Providing &amp; seeking feedback and information with their supervision and peers.</li><li>Learning from and sharing knowledge with co-workers in a positive, collaborative culture.&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 39.5px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong mechanical aptitude/mechanical skills are essential, along with troubleshooting, critical thinking abilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma/GED&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In depth knowledge and use of hand &amp; power tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to work at heights.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret Operational Manuals &amp; Documentation and Specification/Data sheets for equipment &amp; components.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Typical travel includes movement between company facilities in the Clarksburg and West Sacramento areas.
