The Role As a Sales Development Representative at Assort Health, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion — identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound prospects across health systems, large specialty practices, and everything in between. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and help healthcare organizations.. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing Series B company. You'll have real ownership over your territory and the opportunity to grow quickly as we scale. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory, targeting decision-makers ranging from practice managers to C-suite healthcare executives (CIO, CMO, VP of Operations) depending on deal size Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives Research target accounts to craft personalized, relevant outreach that speaks to the operational pain points of healthcare call centers Qualify inbound leads when they arise, and efficiently move prospects through the top of funnel Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, share field intelligence, and contribute to campaign strategy Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce What We're Looking For 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Genuine curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset — we're still early, and you'll help shape how we do things Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sequencing platforms Experience selling into healthcare is a plus, but not required Benefits & Perks for Assorties 💸 Competitive Compensation – Including salary and employee stock options so you share in our success. 📚 Lifelong Learning – Annual budget for professional development, plus training opportunities to help you grow. 💻 Office Setup Stipend – We’ll outfit your in-office workspace so comfy as it's productive. 🩺 Top-Tier Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance, because your health comes first. 🏖 Unlimited PTO – We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and come back ready to crush it. 🥗 Meals & Snacks – Lunch, dinner, and snack breaks that fuel great ideas. 💪 Fitness Stipend – Your wellness matters.
