Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Lead the Application Operations team responsible for managing Java, Hybris, .NET, Azure, and Dynatrace, ensuring high performance and uptime across applications.</li>\n <li> Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.</li>\n <li> Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and applications.</li>\n <li> Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and successful completion.</li>\n <li> Provide clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders, offering technical support and guidance as needed.</li>\n <li> Manage team performance, allocate resources effectively, and oversee recruitment, training, and talent development.</li>\n <li> Align technology strategies and solutions to meet the organization's business objectives and goals.</li>\n <li> Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.</li>\n <li> Ensure effective use of Application Performance Management (APM) tools like Dynatrace for proactive issue detection and resolution.</li>\n <li> Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across application operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Min 10 – 14 years of Experience</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing  Hybris, .NET, Azure platforms, and Dynatrace for application operations.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in fast-paced environments.</li>\n <li>Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in application architecture, planning, and troubleshooting complex issues.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support.</li>\n <li>Experience in continuous improvement and driving process optimization in technology and product management.</li>\n <li>Expertise in mentoring and developing team members, managing resources, and aligning technology with business goals.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of web technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to stay current with industry best practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze performance and operational data to derive actionable insights for system optimization and business value</li>\n <li>Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.</li>\n <li>Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.</li>\n</ul>",
