Location: 500 Federal Street Bluefield, WV 24701 ; We are only considering candidates who currently reside within a 30–40 mile radius (approximately a 45–60 minute commute) of the site. Applications outside this area will not be considered.

How You'll Make an Impact
Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service
Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions
Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes
Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs
Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience

Required: High school diploma or GED Must currently reside within a 30–40 mile radius of our Bluefield, WV site 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred For Internal Candidates : Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans Must have held your current position for 6+ months Must have relevant industry/program experience Location Note: We're currently hiring for this position in Bluefield, WV.
