font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The primary responsibility  is to co-ordinate and lead her/his team in planning and implementing a program and daily activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips, and special activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Works cooperatively as a team member, encourages others to do likewise, and consistently maintains a positive attitude.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Incorporate the four (4) foundations of learning – Belonging, Well-being, Engagement, Expression into daily programming to ensure optimal learning and healthy development of the children</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate regularly with parents regarding development of children.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Report any issues or concerns that may arise in accordance with proper procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Direct and participate with children in all planned activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Use well-developed interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff, and parents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend and contribute to staff meetings and in-house professional development whether during or after regular work hour</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
