IT Support Technician

We’re seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments. What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1–3 support for devices, software, and systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Manage service tickets and meet SLAs Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls) Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance Document issues and escalate when needed Perform other job-related duties as assigned What You Bring 2–5 years of IT support or help desk experience Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Azure, Intune, or SCCM Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR) Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) Additional Info Mix of onsite and remote support Occasional after-hours or on-call work #IND CCS Offers: Competitive salaries Comprehensive benefits including: Medical and dental plans Company paid vision and short and long term disability plans Flexible spending programs including Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transit and Parking 401K with employer match Tuition reimbursement Onsite fitness center (or gym membership reimbursement for client or satellite based employees) Company paid life Insurance Paid holidays and vacation Technical certification gift card rewards program Come experience our unique culture and see how our “right people, right results” philosophy has led to our outstanding success!
