This includes planning work activities, providing daily work schedules, assigning specific individual task, ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a safe working environment. This role ensures that all procedures are followed and that all assigned employees are performing their duties as directed.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><em>(This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.)</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Have an unwavering commitment to Safety</li><li>Managing company &amp; customer assets, including personnel, during on-site blasting &amp; painting operations.</li><li>Performing QA/QC functions in blasting &amp; painting areas of operations ensuring quality workmanship.</li><li>Attending, participating and conducting pre-job meetings.</li><li>Attending, participating and conducting safety meetings.</li><li>Preparing, analyzing and making necessary modifications to JSEA&#39;s.</li><li>Assisting in and/or directing complete job loadouts.</li><li>Mentoring personnel while providing on-the-job training.</li><li>Understand, analyze and decipher safety policies &amp; procedures, coating specifications, scopes of work and project schedules while strategizing &amp; communicating project goals &amp; expectations with the crew.</li><li>Ensuring good housekeeping is being performed through-out the entire project - inside &amp; outside.</li><li>Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as Company values</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent education</li><li>HUET certified &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Valid TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card)</li><li>Basic written and verbal skills</li><li>Must be willing and able to work a 12-16hour shift per day for the duration of a 14/7 offshore schedule</li><li>Must be able to work from swinging scaffolding</li><li>Must be able to wear proper PPE/dust mask and/or paint paint&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform work accurately</li><li>Must be reliable and have good time management skills</li><li>Physically and mentally fit</li><li>Manlift and forklift certified</li><li>Must have a clear understanding of how to navigate and decipher the contents of an SDS book</li><li>Operational knowledge of, and the ability to troubleshoot, all blasting and painting tools and equipment</li><li>Ability to work productively in adverse conditions</li><li>For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen</li><li>For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
