You will be reporting to Health & Safety Training Supervisor, and will be part of the Health and Safety Department. Develops and revise work procedures; develops training manuals and lesson plans for all mill training to improve the efficiency of the training program and to improve the productivity of Mill Operators; Conduct safety inspections on operational modifications ensuring these meet our safety standards; ensures our Mill Operators are working according to procedures; Review mill efficiency and correct any operational deficiencies to improve mill productivity; Conduct safety meetings to improve communication, to identify hazards and to reduce the frequency of accidents.
