You will be reporting to Health & Safety Training Supervisor, and will be part of the Health and Safety Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Develops and revise work procedures; develops training manuals and lesson plans for all mill training to improve the efficiency of the training program and to improve the productivity of Mill Operators; Conduct safety inspections on operational modifications ensuring these meet our safety standards; ensures our Mill Operators are working according to procedures; Review mill efficiency and correct any operational deficiencies to improve mill productivity; Conduct safety meetings to improve communication, to identify hazards and to reduce the frequency of accidents. You will be reporting to Health & Safety Training Supervisor, and will be part of the Health and Safety Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
