          "text": "<p><em><strong>*THIS IS A 12 Hour Rotating Shift 6PM - 6AM with a 10% Shift Differential for Nights*</strong></em></p><p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs on injection molding equipment, robots, adjustments, maintenance, repair and operations of various types of assembly, subassembly, printing, and/or packaging machines. The company scope includes scientific injection molding processing operations and automation equipment in the manufacture of components and devices into FDA regulated markets. This is a high-speed and a controlled manufacturing environment (CME).</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe working conditions</li><li>Read, use and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools.</li><li>Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.</li><li>Actively participate on teams and offer suggestions for improvement.</li><li>Answer machine alarms as they occur and identify and address the root cause.&#xa0;</li><li>Follow all 5S guidelines&#xa0;</li><li>Perform and document inspections per cGMP for work instruction sheet, on device history sheet records, and work instruction sheet tables</li><li>Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out rules</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot any pneumatic, electrical or mechanical malfunction on a variety of machines&#xa0;</li><li>Adjusts assembly machine units for major/minor lot production operations following department specification&#xa0;</li><li>Repair and maintain electrical controls on equipment (molding, assembly and packaging machines), including servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines and devices primarily on the basis of electronic principles&#xa0;</li><li>Upload programs to controls in the events of program loss or CPU replacement</li><li>Repair robot arms and controls, including replacing bad boards, motors, encoders, etc.</li><li>Calibrate and adjust robot pick and place locations if needed</li><li>Conduct TPM activities as required</li><li>Input Maintenance work orders into the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (SAP)&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor processes, show an awareness of issues and demonstrate corrective actions to address those issues&#xa0;</li><li>Perform weekly, monthly and as required preventive maintenance (PM)&#xa0;</li><li>Perform root cause analysis for safety, quality, and processing issues</li><li>Suggest ways to improve the efficiency and safety of our work and environment Comply with all company policies&#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to fluently operate presses, robots and auxiliary equipment to diagnose malfunctions, and to verify repairs.</li><li>Troubleshoots and locates the source of the problem by observing the operation of the equipment.</li><li>Brainstorms with other maintenance personnel, and outside technical support as needed.</li><li>Restores damaged or malfunctioning equipment to operation by repairing, replacing and or adjusting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Controls down time by scheduling repairs with the Maintenance Manager.</li><li>Maintains good communications with Maintenance Manager.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintains ongoing list of projects with timeline to be addressed and completed.</li><li>Assists other maintenance personnel as needed,</li><li>Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.Ensures the work is completed with technical excellence, and in an efficient and cost-effective fashion.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Preferred/Required Education/Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Must have 3 or more years of experience in a technical, hands-on position</li><li>Strong math, reading and communication skills required</li><li>Experience with injection molding required</li><li>Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (AB, Koyo, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) &#xa0;</li><li>Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics required</li><li>Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications required and SAP experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently from verbal and/or written instructions required</li><li>Must understand Lean Manufacturing concepts</li><li>Must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to use basic hand tools</li><li>Must have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></p><ul><li>Works in a clean manufacturing environment that may include moderate noise levels and required appropriate PPE and cleanroom apparel</li><li>Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs with repetitive movements</li><li>Ability to push and pull items</li><li>Ability to stand and/or walk up to constantly during the shift</li><li>Ability to climb up and down ladders</li></ul>",
