          "text": "<p>We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a&#xa0;Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Running&#xa0;batches of ink at proper mill settings</li><li>Packaging&#xa0;finished product in various containers and applying labels</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining machines to TPM Standards</li><li>Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities</li><li><strong>Weigh-Up Batches</strong>: Following proper process order of addition.&#xa0;Shifting between auto and manual steps</li><li><strong>Mix Batch:</strong>&#xa0;Discharging&#xa0;pigment and operating&#xa0;mixer safely; following and adhering&#xa0;to all INX Mixer SOP's</li><li><strong>Hockmeyer mill operation:</strong>&#xa0;Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment&#xa0;effectiveness) standards</li><li>Creating&#xa0;and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times</li><li>Canning</li><li>Operating&#xa0;the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift</li><li>Acting as a QC liaison, providing&#xa0;ink samples, making&#xa0;ink adjustments, and recording data</li><li>Completing&#xa0;scheduled maintenance&#xa0;and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.</li><li>Helping with repacks</li></ul>",
