This safety-sensitive role is essential to vessel operations, passenger safety, and maintaining the polished presentation of our water taxi services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Pirate Water Taxi offers a unique and fun way to experience Tampa, connecting riders to top destinations along the waterfront. From daily transportation to private charters and special events, we deliver a memorable, guest-focused experience on the water.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and navigation duties</li><li>Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transport, and disembarking</li><li>Maintain vessel cleanliness (decks, restrooms, seating areas, exterior)</li><li>Assist with fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal</li><li>Participate in required safety drills and emergency procedures</li><li>Provide friendly, engaging guest interactions while maintaining safety standards</li><li>Perform routine maintenance including washing, painting, and detailing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18+ with valid state-issued ID</li><li>Ability to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes</li><li>Physically able to lift, carry, and assist passengers in emergencies</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)</li><li>Strong teamwork and situational awareness</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment and random USCG drug and alcohol testing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Health and Ancillary Benefits</li><li>401(k) with Employer Match</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Subsidized Parking</li><li>Complimentary Ride Passes &amp; Employee Discounts</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marine operations with growth potential within Manthey Hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to jump aboard?
