Students have narrowly missed institutional thresholds and are working towards CEFR B2+ - C1 equivalency.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will plan and deliver structured, engaging EAP lessons online, teach across all four skills, assess student work against SELT-aligned scoring at B2–C1, and provide constructive feedback within agreed turnaround times. You will also maintain accurate records, meet administrative deadlines, and flag any student concerns promptly to the Programme Manager.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The programme provides a full curriculum, daily tasks, and materials. You will be expected to supplement these as needed and to adapt your delivery to the cohort’s strengths and challenges.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• A master’s degree in EAP, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a closely related field</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• A recognised ELT teaching qualification</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• At least two years’ experience delivering EAP for a UK university</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Direct experience teaching Chinese L1 learners desirable</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Familiarity with SELT question formats and SELT-aligned scoring at B2–C1</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Strong administrative reliability and prompt communication</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused approach</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Stable and fast internet connection</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Someone who is confident teaching in a synchronous online environment, takes the admin side of the role as seriously as the teaching, and genuinely believes in giving every student</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">the best possible chance of meeting their entry conditions.
