They elevate the car purchase experience for our clients, by assisting from the beginning to the end of the purchase process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL;</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-As a Sales Experience Manager, you will oversee the client’s vehicle selection process and overall transaction while being truly empowered to communicate pricing and lending options. We call it, “One Touch.” </p>\n<p>-Sell the world’s most exciting automobiles to our qualified and engaging clientele. </p>\n<p>-Prospect for new and current clients within a vast database. </p>\n<p>-Be rewarded financially for selling finance & protection products that support the client’s ownership journey. </p>\n<p>-Utilize all Avondale and manufacturer required tools, software, training and processes to meet and/or exceed standards. </p>\n<p>-Deliver an excellent experience to Avondale clients. </p>\n<p>-Assist clients with the handover of their vehicle.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE </strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma or GED (Required)</p>\n<p>Minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p>Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</p>",
