In this pivotal role, you will manage complex government contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive successful negotiations with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, analytical acumen, and the ability to navigate the intricacies of government procurement while maintaining the highest professional standards.</p><ul><li>Provide strategic oversight and governance for contract administration, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for all contractual communications and commitments, fostering strong executive-level customer relationships.</li><li>Establish and enforce rigorous documentation standards and control processes to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead comprehensive compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to contract clauses, company policies, and applicable federal regulations.</li><li>Act as a senior advisor and influential member of proposal and program teams, driving the interpretation and execution of complex contract requirements.</li><li>Partner closely with Program Management and cross-functional leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance overall contract performance, including leading efforts in RFP preparation and response.</li><li>Lead negotiation strategies for contracts, including terms, conditions, pricing, delivery, and performance metrics, collaborating with executive leadership to achieve business objectives and mitigate risks.</li><li>Conduct detailed reviews of contract documents for legal, financial, and operational risk, ensuring alignment with organizational goals before final acceptance or signature.</li><li>Champion interdisciplinary collaboration to guarantee comprehensive understanding and flawless execution of contract requirements across all stakeholders.</li><li>Provide authoritative guidance on contract compliance, audit responses, and dispute resolution to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee the contract change management process, proactively identifying and mitigating performance risks in partnership with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and other key functions.</li><li>Act as a trusted consultant to business units, delivering insights on contract developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting assigned contracts.</li><li>Continuously monitor contract scope and performance, initiating strategic actions to address scope changes and optimize outcomes.</li><li>Cultivate and sustain high-level customer relationships by anticipating client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting long-term partnership value.</li></ul>",
