    "description_html": "<p>The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the processing of physical inventory via a multiple carrier shipping system, FedEx Café system and UPS WorldShip system for all outbound shipments scheduled to ship.</p><p><br></p><p><em><u>Order Shipping Accuracy &amp; Productivity:</u></em></p><ul><li>Utilize powered conveyors, manifest stations, automated paper machines and automatic tapers to safely and efficiently ship packages at a rate less than 1 minute per carton shipped.</li><li>Utilize powered equipment to safely and efficiently transport and load shipped packages.</li><li>Delegate work assignments and prioritize tasks.</li></ul><p><em><u>Vendor Partners, Rate Shopping and End of Day Closeout:</u></em></p><ul><li>Ability to rate shop for outbound freight shipments.</li><li>Ability to create customs invoices for international shipping.</li><li>Use computer systems to generate reports, ability to trouble shoot and rectify reports.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendor partners. Field inbound calls and emails for transportation related questions.</li></ul><p><em><u>Team Management:</u></em></p><ul><li>Ensure team goals are met and all activities assigned are completed efficiently and accurately by tracking productivity and errors.</li><li>Review and approve all time off requests. Track employee attendance.</li><li>Delegate work assignments to team and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Focus on quality ensuring the accuracy of the tasks performed by following ISO processes.</li><li>Review work instructions annually.</li><li>Assess skill sets of team members, record finding and train as needed.</li><li>Recommend and track measures implemented to improved quality or increase task efficiencies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
