Athena adds layers to your learning, not layers of bureaucracy, so you can do what you do best.</p>\n<p>If you’re looking to shake things up and make a difference in a diverse, unified team with no elbows, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Technology, your day to day will involve:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hunting for, detecting and responding to cyber threats and incidents across Athena’s internal and externally facing environments.</li>\n<li>Liaising with externally operated Security Operations Centre.</li>\n<li>Providing security guidance to internal technology and business functions to ensure our business is conducted safely while moving at speed.</li>\n<li>Helping to shape the roadmap</li>\n<li>Building tools and processes to make Athena safer (and your life easier!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will help you succeed</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2-5 years work experience in a Security/Operational Security role.</li>\n<li>Being a self starter, and not one to walk away from a problem or a challenge.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt your message based on the audience or desired outcome.</li>\n<li>Experience with cloud infrastructure security.
