Sales Representative – SouthWest Territory Role can be based in the territory of California Are you a relationship builder who thrives on driving growth and making an impact? We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our growing team and lead business development efforts across a key territory. Grow Key Accounts : Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust. Showcase Our Value : Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates. Own the Sales Cycle : From lead to contract, manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Hit the Numbers : Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals. Stay Sharp : Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy. Deliver Excellence : Provide outstanding support before, during, and after the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align goals and improve the customer experience. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too. Meat processing experience a plus. 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
