The pay range for this position is between $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience*</strong></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Prepares all tools/fixturing to be issued to the machine&#160;when ready to manufacture.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Procure and track tooling inventory and storage logs for all cutting tool, fixturing, and customer owned hardware within the facility ensuring min/max levels are kept standard.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Participate and lead discussions with Manufacturing Engineers and Planner(s) to fulfill all tooling requirements.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Perform necessary tooling maintenance to include cleaning holders, vices, collets, etc. Disposition damaged tooling when required.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Analyzes, procures, and oversees procurement processes for manufacturing tool products and services.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Evaluate and recommend proper tooling life cycle and best practices including the removal of obsolete inventory.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Champion continuous improvement and recommend new technologies and technical advances to improve tool systems and performance.</span></span></li></ul><p><b>Experience, Qualifications, and Skills</b></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing environment, directly in machining preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Understanding of CNC tools, gauges, and inventory practices. </span></span></li><li><u><strong><font color=\"#000000\"><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Position available to Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents ONLY.&#160;</span></font></font></strong></u></li></ul><p><b>Benefits and Perks</b></p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package including an&#160;RRSP.&#160;</p><p><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">We are a drug-free workplace / Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibit Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
